A brushcutter (also called a brush saw or clearing saw) is a powered garden or agricultural tool used to trim weeds, small trees, and other foliage not accessible by a lawnmower or rotary mower.
HOW THEY WORK
Brush cutters have different starting and working mechanisms, but the core idea is very similar in every case. They have blades that cut your grass as you drag it towards them. However, the most common mechanism is the pull-start one. In the pull-start mechanism, you need to pull the cord to start the engine. Brush cutters consist of:
A power unit held close to the body.
A pole through which the power is transmitted.
A rotary cutting head at the opposite end of the pole to the power unit.
